One pesky low branch interferes with our walk around the neighborhood sidewalk. One poorly-coordinated attempt to remove said branch involved an old, dull hacksaw and one distracted look-out. Unfortunately, the branch is still attached, though it now hangs slightly lower. To my knowledge, there was no police involvement.
